A horse should only have one passport so please ensure that your horse does not already have
a passport before applying.
If you already have vaccination card markings or vetting markings you can transfer these on
to the application form. If your horse is microchipped you can take the marking yourself.
Otherwise you will need to employ a vet or one of our
Identifiers
to take them for you.
The Notes & Guidelines for Identifiers must be read by anyone completing a passport
application form. If you do not read these notes there is an increased chance that your
passport application will be returned for amendment which will cause delays and possibly
additional expense.
