The Horse Passport Agency can only update passports which it has issued.
If we did not issue your passport then you need to contact the organisation that did issue
it (this information is normally contained on the front page of the passport) for further advice.
When you purchase a horse the law states you have just 30 days to notify the organisation
that issued the passport. Our online service allows you to notify us of a Change Of Ownership.
